Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all MalvaEly tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
